I've got The Sims 4 on my MacBook Pro, with Dine Out installed. I've built several restaurants (that aren't owned by any of my own sims) and I can't use them as a customer because the host won't go to the host station. They'll just stand there outside, doing nothing. The same thing happens with the waiters and chefs, they just stand around outside. Leave and come back, same thing. I'm not sure what to do here.

This doesn't happen on my Windows computer at all. Both copies of the game have the exact same configuration (mods, EPs, GPs, SPs). The only thing that's different between the two are the graphics settings. On my Windows machine, I've got them maxed but on my MacBook they're at medium. I don't think that should have any effect, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

Edit: This is isn't happening at one of my own built restaurants.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me?
