I think the first one is Annie by kewai? First rule of looking for cc hair is find out the name and then google for a conversion of that 
Second rule of looking for cc hair is check the allthehairs database. Short and long versions, male and female. (The digitalangels links have male and female versions).
As for the Peggy mesh, it looks more like this one: http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=353360, but I haven't seen it converted for sims 2 males, sorry. I'd see if you can request it on Garden of Shadows or another site that takes requests.

yaaaaz it definitely is but it's for sims 3 :,n. Sorry, I could have never guessed that name tbh xD I'm gonna try that place; never heard of it before, seems cool! Thank yup!

The ponytail is larger tho, but I think is close enough to decide it's found ^^
The second one for male, though, I doubt it exists for sims 2
