Default What's for dinner?
Food, man's best friend. I've just eaten a liver-paste sandwich for lunch.

I want a picture of that!

I'm eating popcorn with butter right now. I love popcorn and sometimes it is dinner. I don't think it will be tonight because I'm hungr. I always know I'm getting popcorn whenever I go to the movies. I want to catch Kung Fu Panda 3 again while it's still available in 3D and that will mean movie popcorn - nom nom.

OH MY Heavens! I just have to report how incredible maraschino cherries with whipped cream are....so dreamy.....!

I had to look that up. Is it this? I love noodles.

Do you put hot sauce on that?

I've discovered that I prefer sriracha sauce to ketchup and am using it wherever I used to put ketchup.

I had to look this up. It has my vote since it's lentils and pasta - what's not to love?

I don't know why, but I can't seem to find an image to attach. I mean, I can find images, but they only show as links.

Yes, it loks something like that, although our eggs are mixed with the rest and not on top. And yes, the curry sauce we have is a spicier version of ketchup.

Today is Saturday - we usually have chicken. Southern Fried with french fries and salad.

My mom used to make pretty good fried chicken. Do you deep fry yours? My mom would roll the chicken in seasoned (salt & pepper - that's seasoning in the Midwest) and then fry it in a pan. I always loved that when I was a kid. I'm a vegetarian now. I'm making split pea soon for dinner and roasted spaghetti squash with olive oil.

I guess I'm getting a pattern. Lunch was healthy - fish, broccoli, mushrooms. Dinner? Tortilla chips and melted pepper jack cheese.

That sounds delish. I could be a vegetarian - part time. Love my beef, fish and bacon so can't be vegetarian full time.

No, I don't fry or deep fry anything. I go to my closest Zesto's (local chicken place) and do a take out. They have a Saturday night special on chicken and fries. That's my concession to fried anything in this house

Tonight it's ham with green beans and mushy spuds. Best I could come up with from the freezer. It's grocery shopping night so eat then shop.
