Let's not forget that there are studies that proofs that there are (even if slightly) links between Depression and the, abuse of use, of the Internet.

I had a mild/high-depression some time ago, mostly from emotional reasons, but I felt much better when I started dealing with my own depression, and when I left the computer much more, I started feeling much better. Since then I found the love of my life etc. etc. Now I can't be in the computer more than 45 minutes until I start getting bored.
