Trying to re-find a twintail hairstyle

its been long time so i might be off on the details, but i remember there being a hair someplace similar to this one, except for:

it had the ponytails on the back of the head about midway down

the ponytails were longer and thinner

i believe the bangs/front were different.

I have no idea where it is but i can't seem to find it through MTS or the simsWiki. Anyone have any clue what i'm talking about?

Yeah that didn't get me much farther than the wiki did. I found something kinda similar, but i don't think its the same one.

i don't think the front looked like that and i don't remember it having the hairties. they were also further on the back of the head.

if anyone happens to know what i'm talking about, please let me know. im going to keep looking. i'm going through the graveyard right now.

Try using pigtails as your search term, since that's the usual term for two ponytails.

looking now. I hate the way its laid out though. I tried Nysha's suggestion and only got 1 result, even though i've found a few just going through the gallery.

I think it depends on whether you're American or not.

It associates for me with Sailor Moon characters, so I used it for search. Most of character makers used Rosesims mesh 0040 https://web.archive.org/web/2008043...rosehair_14.htm

I found this one here on MTS that is teal http://modthesims.info/d/416684 They give a link to peggyzone. Peggyzone may have the one you are looking for. If not try googling Sims 2 anime ponytails. That's what it reminds me of and there are a lot there when you goggle it.

To me a ponytail is one hank of hair hanging from the back or side of the head. Pigtails are two ponytails side by side. A braid or a plait is where the hair is actually plaited.

To be fair, pigtails are a pair of plaits. A single one is just a plait.

Not it. I've seen most of peggyzones stuff via the wiki and the booty.

no luck with google either.

I remember liking it because it had the ponytails on the back of the head instead of the sides

this one is kinda like it, the long one, maybe. but again, the tails were in back.

There was a style made by sims2cri and recolored by pimpmysims and its in the wayback machine now. the link is in here well, i dont know how to insert a link sorry but i tried to cut and paste it didnt turn dark. anyway go to hair when you get there maybe thats close and the mesh is included
