Default Redone cars?
Now (emphasis after 4-7 years) that EA to some extent gave us bewaited animated cars ("Classically Cool Fixer-upper Car"), perhaps somebody redone existing in-game cars to have the animation played of at least opening/shutting doors?

I suspect this would require to have that particular premium content set installed due to legal issues.
