Default Savegame modding
I've been out of TS3 for some time now so probably quite out of date. I just want to know if there's any tool with which I could edit TS3 savegames.

I know there used to be the Neighborhood Workshop, which was only compatible with vanilla TS3. I actually managed to use it with WA by changing the save file extensions, but it eventually corrupted some of ths sims.

So, a few years have passed since then. Is there any up-to-date alternative to savegame editing? I don't need anything very fancy, but at least something that can read and decode the save files into structs.
