Default Multiple Lot Types
Where can I find (if it exist) a mod that allows me to place multiple lot types in one particular lot. I remember there was a Mod (cant remember by who sorry) where you can place different types in one.

It may not exist since in Sims 3, there were pre-made community lots.....PLEASE LET ME KNOW!! :D
