This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default Drive Another Sim Home ?
Where can I find this option ?
I remember in my other saves I was able to drive different vistors home
Was this a mod or a feature >
If this is a mod what mod is it
If it's a feature how do I do it > . <

That is a default Maxis option that was never completed or enabled, I don't know if there is a separate mod to enable it but the Global Overrides from my Global Sculpture set does. The instruction named The Globe.mht included with CJH_GlobalSculpture(Pets+).zip includes links to the required files.
