So simple, but I can't find. Suitable for an old western town: one flat road (maybe some little off-shoots), some mesas or buttes - not too close to the road (that makes it hard to see the house). I'm trying for a terrain default that looks rocky, and not Maxis red

I have SC4. If you give me a drawing of what you want I can make you one. Doesn't need to be a perfect drawin.. just MS paint drawin would work... just so I know how you want the layout to look. Also if you have Discord we can talk there easily to get the layout exactly how you'd like. We can fiddle with it as much as you like till you're satisfied

Yes, I LOVE also! I no longer have a file-share account anywhere..Let me see if I can figure something out. Made a pic, but it's not a format that I can put here. And I will change the Maxis desert terrain to "iCad-CuriousB Desert DefaultHiRes", a lighter-than-Maxis, with much better texture. I still can't find a road replacement that will match. But I did find a deco dirt road that I like.

This one is Strangetown beginning with the terrain flattened. I know you can download just the hood but can't find it. If you happen to have this in your game, the terrains are in there too if you start a new hood.

This has become the same as another question I started!
That link (for the occupied Sedona) does contain an alternate download with no Sims (but does have houses). Oddly (to me!), it says Sedona is a Maxis terrain! Somehow I never noticed!

I answered your other post about Sedona, the one the Hood Building Group did has an empty version and the SC4 is in game called Sedona.

Thanks, no explaination for me not remembering the Sedona sc4 is Maxis. And Sedona is not a "flattened" Strangetown - everything about it is differant.
