This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, Pets
Sims 3 skins make game crash!
I downloaded skins for the very first time and it finally worked! But when I play it for 5 minutes it crashes on me and I don't know why. I have the latest patch and everything but the game still crashes. Someone please help me!

It sounds like you may have installed skins for Sims 2 instead of 3.
