Its sorta like a budget version of the sims 2. With Story Based Scenarios, Riley's story will involves Riley starting out in four corners and how she is about to be caught in a bid for cash and after that one involves Vincent's quest for true love after his recent lover tried popping the question too early.

Default Life stories.
If I buy can I put anyting unique, objects wise, from SLS into my normal Sims2 game? I noticed the Sticky about said objects in WCIF, so obviously there must be some cool new objects, and some one once extracted them for Sims2 download until those bastards at Maxis had a baby spit over it and made these guys remove them (which I wouldnt have done, would have told them to go F... themselves, not enough of that being done these days, but thats just me I guess) so if I buy SLS, can I get those things?

If I cannot merge it with my main Sims2 game and EP's, then whats the point?

Again, are maxis just trying to rape our sims addiction for cash?

...yeah so the hit me like a ton of bricks..... cos it was a ton bricks, it bloody hurt... stay away from condemnd buildings.....

To my knowledge, Life Stories is not an expansion pack but an entirely different game. If you install it, it will add nothing to your normal Sims game. It's basically a "dumbed down" version of The Sims 2 that also has a story mode and was meant to be laptop and lower-end computer friendly. It was basically geared, I believe, towards people who wanted to play the Sims and were either unfamiliar with the game or didn't have a powerful enough computer for the regular version of The Sims 2.

So basically, if your computer can play The Sims 2, you don't really need to get it unless perhaps you want to play Riley and Vince's stories or something.

The Numenorian versions of the items are recolourable so it's up to you which version you download.

My newest downloads are on Simified.
Older downloads and stuff that didn't get transferred to Simified are on my Livejournal.

sounds like its not worth buying if you have a good grasp on the actual game. I was thinking about buying it, but I am really good at game itself.

If I get a laptop I might buy it still, even though we've got a computer (obviously) - it'll be good for those times you want to play on the Sims (inspiration to create a house, perhaps?) and whoever got on the computer before you won't get off.

I'm supporting the Optimist Camp for the Sims 4.

Yeah I was kinda wondering about what objects are in Life Stories that aren't in TS2 as well.. is there maybe some website which just lays it out so I can see? Now of course we have the Pets thing too..
