Do you have any conflicts? Try the HCDU at SimWardrobe
Take out InTeen and redownload it?
Have you got the requirements for InTeen?
Have you played with his age, or anything like that?

The drop off has been made. You've been warned.

Where did you get your copy of InTeen? If you got it anywhere but Simbology then you have a very old one that does not work.

This is also a problem if you did not patch your game.

It says you have FreeTime as your last EP and that is the one you should be using.

If your adult Sim is a premade from one of the three original neighborhoods (Pleasantview, Strangetown, Veronaville), this is a known bug even with Tarlia's fixed versions. Clicking on a Sim and choosing to Spawn their Biological Clock then putting it in their inventory helps. Not all Sims will have this option, though, so you may have to age them up or down to do it. I just take inTeen out when I'm playing those neighborhoods to avoid the hassle.

Inteen conflicts with a lot of mods. Have you installed anything new, recently?

Hey, thank you for your willingness to help but I solved the problem. “The devil is in the details,” as the saying goes :D
It is worth to read a lengthy instructions xP especially in this case point:

'Important Advisory for Previous Users of the InTeenimater (1.1a or earlier)

2. If you've already applied the update, use CTRL+SHIFT+C to open the console window and type: moveObjects on
Then, go into Buy Mode. Select the offending clock and drag it into the buy panel as if to sell it. The Biological Clock is destroyed.'

Thank you again :D
