How can i delete the cc and the actual lot without deleting the other downloads? reply asap please

Are you sure you installed the lot correctly? Check out the FAQ's on installing custom content in the Help section. Here's a link that can help you uninstall the lot safely and prevent crashes:

You can still download it and play! I only used a couple objects from Family Fun, so you probably won't even notice the missing objects from that pack.

Yes, the lot will work perfectly fine without a certain stuff pack, you'll just get some objects missing.

Nice job, but it could use a cell phone machine. The damn things are hard enough to find on community lots that I usually end up cheating to give cellphones to my Sims.
