Hi, So I want to build an apartment/highrise/penthouse type building.

I have gone into the buydebug catalog to look for shells, but I have only found 2. They are both the Metropolitan buildings.

Are these shells?
If not, what are they?

And Is there any way else to get different "shells?"
Because, If these are shells, I don't find these shells appealing, as there is no
flat roof, or other way to create balconies, etc.

Is it possible to create your own high rise from build mode?

i find it easier to take a pre-made apartment and use RestrictBuildBuyInBuildings off to allow me to make it as big as i want.

I wanted to do that as well. Went straight into a 5 level wall. There is a build limit as in Sims2, not more then 5 levels. Only in Sims2 we had a cheat
