I'm not sure if this has been answered, sorry if it has, I wasn't even sure how to ask Google my question. Anyway I was curious as to how I could use mods such as Story Progression in CAW. Say I wanted to have a high school and an elementary school, I know that I have to have a sim to be able to interact with the object to use the mod. But as far as I know you can't even do this in EIG.
