[FOUND] WCIF A mod that removes hood deco placement rocks?

I am looking for a mod that removes the stones left behind when you place hood deco. They are there when you place sailboats and such. I know I had the mod before, now I can't find it. I searched in the downloads, and in WCIF threads so maybe someone could help? Thank you in advance!
