Oh this is so great thank you x1000 Best mod ever made for this game. Im wondering you still build more on this since its a beta?I just want to say, can you make a sky changer and wind speed changer. Go to The Sims Medieval\GameData\Shared\NonPackaged\Ini You can see a lot of files like sky stormy sky etc Speedwind. |

@Math: I'm still doing stuff. I've already made some changes, and fixes. Trying to figure out a few more things before I make another upload. INI editing doesn't really fit in my core though. Not sure that these INI's even do anything, or is that what you're asking for? I think they're left overs from TS3 code. Most of the functionality has probably been stripped. @Darth: I may hit you up on that. Chickie and I have been messing with Gossip, and there's no way we can make all the possible gossip types show up with traits. We'll need more testers. I'll PM you when we get something ready. @Jackie: Remind me never to eat at your house.

ok then. But can you do this, it would be so great really need this. A thing who do that all sims who creating stuff/Equipment like blacksmiths or wizards etc etc To sell everything. So example the black smith sell you everything like the expensive swords and armor like doom sword,doom plate armor, also wizard crafts etc etc. 2. shop from inventory where you can buy everything.

I haven't released anything yet, as I'm still working on it. But when I do, it won't include the "shopping by recipe" feature or the ultimate shop at first, but I'll update it as fast as the time I can spare will allow me. I should be able to release the initial version later today however, so expect such an update during the course of the following week. And in regards of the sorting feature, I'll see what I can do. |

Using the core on a fully patched game with P&N (i just downloaded the mod tonight), my game won't load. The loading bar won't even start loading. I'm looking at the mods I have. Better patrols and the spell fix for that borked high level spell. I really wanted to use this but I'm stumped as to why it won't load. Do either of those two mods conflict? edit: NEVERMIND. I am an idiot. I forgot I reinstalled and didn't put the d3dx9_31.dll back in. *sighs* It just loaded. |

Just letting you know, with the beta release, the only spell my wizard could learn was deadly arrow. The other spells were not available and trying to learn them by adding rune combinations did not work. They did not reappear until I removed the core mod. I do have other mods installed, however, none alter the spells (to my knowledge). I just wanted to let you know so you could test it out and get it fixed if possible. |

Selene, apparently you have to start a new kingdom for deadly arrow and all spells to be available together. I believe this issue was mentioned in another thread by Grim in alpha stage, but not expressed in the beta release notes herein. |

I doubt I was just lucky with my current kingdom, and the only thing I can think of is that the problem exists in kingdoms that have had their ambition award given already??? It was a brand new install and game that this occurred on for me. As I said though, I do have other mods installed, one of which is the ambition unlocker so Chickie might be on to something there. |

The only other difference with my 2 wizards is the one that still works was active on a quest when deadly spell was installed, the other wizard wasn't. An old kingdom without a wizard will have a fully working wizard if one is added. Killing an existing affected wizard and making a new one will give you back spells in an old kingdom though, so it looks like the choice is, what do you prefer? your wizard or your spells. If you have your wizard in the sim bin you can always use the same one and return their levels to them with the core. | |

Grim there is anyway to fix this. When i install the shop in bulk mod v8 you menues when clicking on a sim etc dissappear. There is any way so you can make it compatible? ![]() EDIT: OMg nevermind i just disabled and enabled some check boxes in you menu and it working!! Thank you so much for this mod. Best mod for tsm made man! |

I do Appologize if this has been asked already, but is this compatible with Mac too? I have been trying to get it to work for a while but with no luck. I have done all of the following: Placed the Resource.cfg file in Contents/Resources/transgaming/c_drive/Program Files/Electronic Arts/The Sims Medieval Created the Mods folder in Contents/Resources/transgaming/c_drive/Program Files/Electronic Arts/The Sims Medieval Created the Packages folder in Contents/Resources/transgaming/c_drive/Program Files/Electronic Arts/The Sims Medieval/Mods Placed the d3dx9_31.dll file in Contents/Resources/transgaming/c_drive/Program Files/Electronic Arts/The Sims Medieval/Game/Bin Then I placed the Downloaded items into the Packages. But just into the packages. Am I missing a step or is it simply not compatible with macs. I have have the mac book Mac OS X 10.6.8 if that changes anything. (Really new to mods, only used Addons in WoW before). P.S. I do love all the content that you have made and really look forward to using it. |

I'm sorry, but I know nothing about modding Sims Medieval on a MAC. In theory it should all work the same, but as for install, I have no clue. I'm pretty sure some other users of my core are on the Mac OS, so hopefully soon one of them will be able to help you. I wish I could give you more, but I haven't used a Mac for over 10 years. The Mod will be the same, it's just the installation that will be different on a MAC. |

As for the Spell bug, I know it exists. Thanks for pointing it out. That's a large reason why I still call my core releases a bête. I'm looking for a solution, but so far I don't know. I know I haven't responded for awhile, but it's because I didn't have an answer for you yet. I am working on it. |
