My Sims are dying!!

I download some mods today and now my sims are dying.. The reaper is not even coming to get them they just die and there is their urn.. How do I stop this?

Have you taken out the mods you downloaded? i m guessing that is the problem.

Yes, I just took them out.. It's going to be hard to figure out which one is doing it... I'm going to have to create some sims I don't care about and see if they die and stay away from the households of sims I love.
