Default Retail lot/Residential lot changes?
Is there any mod that makes the game ignore the requirement for retail lot or changes it so you CAN actually use it as a residential lot? I'm getting tired of having to own 2 lots just because I dislike loading, I'm pretty sure we all do, and I prefer to just LIVE on the retail lot.

I would prefer that as well, though as of yet there is no mod yet for this, also not for the Restaurant and Vet Clinic Lots as well. perhaps with a modded object like the Ticket Machine from Simlogical for the Sims 3.
