I don't know if I'm putting this in the right place. But, I keep getting a white screen and it will say at the top " Not Responding" while playing households.. when it clears back to screen sims are doing something else like game was still playing but not showing me screen.. Does anyone know what's causing this and how to fix it? Thank You.
