This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3
Default Custom Content Help!!!
Okay so I downloaded the helper monkey and some custom content...

but then my game totally went to pieces! A blue screen flashes and my computer just restarts. Wtf did I do? I tried to uninstall the game but that didnt work, and it just restarted again!

Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place, but can somebody help me out. If I system restored my computer and re-installed the game, would it work?

That's a computer problem, not a game problem. It could be caused by overheating, hardware failure or operating system and driver problems.

Any of those could be something that comes up suddenly though - please post the system specs as requested.
