This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night
Default Create - A - Sim HELP!
Hello :D

I'm sorry if this question is too silly but, where or how can I modify the facial features when I'm creating my Sims? I can only choose from the premade faces/noses/eyes/etc and I can't modify them the way I want (just like in TS2).

I hope somebody answers me soon, thanks.

First click the Looks (head icon) button in the left hand menu, then press the (magnifying glass) advanced button, then the rest should be simple to figure out, it will take a some time to get what is presentable for personal tastes with what we can work with.
