Wow everybody! 1000 downloads! Thanks for all for your interest in this lot- I honestly wasn't sure how it would be received when I uploaded it! I'm certainly glad I did, though now I'm not sure what I can do to top this! Thank you all!

Achieving that look with no CC is nothing short amazing. As is the fact that you chose to make it with no CC. Very good job. I don't play oldey-style hoods myself, but this is beautiful so I might just find a spot for it.

This is just completely enchanting! :D
You really thought of everything, didn't you? It must have taken you a lot of time to assemble all that, and even just to put your post itself together - that, or along with being an admirable sim-architect, you're a talented writer.

Either way, I praise you!! :D

Glad you like it! I'm really pleased with both how this lot turned out, and how positive people's reception of it has been! Kind of hard to pin down whether a room has one function or another, since I was trying to make this lot as "open" feeling as possible (there's hardly any interior walls), so you might think differently, but here's the specs as I would put them:

3 Bathrooms
2 Bedrooms
1 Kitchen
1 Dining area
3 Studies/offices
3 Living rooms

I play small families, hence the few bedrooms, but it wouldn't be hard to change some of the studies or living rooms into additional bedrooms, and to find spaces that you can wall off for additional bathrooms. I would say look around the lot quite a bit first though, so you can figure out the style I used, to keep your alterations from looking to odd when compared with the rest of the house

Wow. You did great job. I still play in Sims and I am a big fan of LOTR and that architecture is almost exactly like from Peter Jackson film. Thanks for that
