This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions, Generations, Pets, Supernatural, Seasons
Default Unable to uninstall a Sims 3 expansion(?)
Please help,

I wanted to do a clean reinstall of all my Sims 3 games but this won't uninstall and I do not know what it is.

I do have administrator privileges - I am using the administrator account on this computer so I do not understand why this message appears?

What is this?

Do I need to get rid of this and if so, how do I go about doing that?

Additionally, the reason for my reinstalling everything is because I was unable to use 'edit-in-game' when in create-a-world (CAW), it said 'unable to find base game' whenever I tried.

Where should I save the Sims 3 files so that CAW wont do this again?

Is it because I downloaded Mods? The only Mods I had were career Mods.
