Operating system Windows 8.1 (64 Bit OS)
Processor AMD Kabini A6-5200 Quad Core Acelerated Processor (Normal 2.0GHz) (Overclocked at 2.9GHz)
CPU Cache 2 MB L2
RAM 8GB DDR3 (Upgradeable to 16GB)
Graphics card AMD Radeon 8400 For Desktops
Hard drive(s) 1TB Speed 7200Rpm

I think it should be okay. From what I've been reading, the game will run better on lower-end machines. Now, Maxis's definition of lower end may not be most people's...One gaming site had these specs as the predicted ones...
