Default WCIF a Bunch of families to populate my world?
So I'm starting a new world, but I don't want to spend hours creating new families to populate this world.

The Household exchange over at the Sims 3 site is absolute rubbish, the families there are either bogged down with terrible CC I don't want, or there are so many bland sims to choose from they all blend together. Is there a better solution?

You can use Twallan's Story Progression to auto-populate the world. Then you could make-over the sims as you go along, using Master Controller. If you use some of your own sims as templates in the sim bin, SP can use those.
