You can find lapink's stuff at the Sims2 graveyard.

Yea ik but those eyebrows weren't there. And i realized that i can't download them cause it says its having to much traffic when i try and download it

unfortunately wasn't able to look on nabila's site before posting the first time. The brows you're looking for are a blend of lapink's and someone else's that were made by nabila so you don't need to look for lapink's stuff. Hopefully nabila's downloads will be re enabled soon or someone had those brows already.
