Default Adding Wants and Fears
Using the latest version of SIMPE, I found my way to the Wants and Fears section.
Browse Neighborhood, Browse Sim, Go to Wants and Fears...

Now, in that screen, I can see the Wants, there are 4 of them and
I see the Fears, there are three of them. I highlight a want and I see the tree on the right become active. Now I can change that Want.

My question is, how do I add an additional want? (Keep the ones I have and make a 5th or 6th want?). Is this limited by the game? Or by my ability to use SIMPE? Please help.

I figured it out after I began to play the game. The wants change everyday, and the long term Life Want stays the same. In other words, there is no need to add to the number of wants.
