So I used to have this building.
It had one floor, was a duplex, flat roof. It was inspired by some mid-century building, I think the creator used a floorplan of a real house to build it (they said so in the download post). The walls were reddish\fucsia-ish or smth, panelled if I remember correctly. There was a Maxis birchtree in front of it.

I remember downloading it from LJ.

I need this exact building in my game. :C
