Default desperate need to play all my custom hoods at the same time
Hi. Is there a way for those of us who can't get SimPE to work and are stupid to add custom hoods to an existing uberhood?

I have a lot of great custom neighborhoods and I want them all together in one big sims mess, but it doesn't look like they will be made into shopping districts soon.

I don't think so. I don't think you can change the neighborhood type designation without SimPE. But! I could be wrong, since I've never tried to make an uberhood, myself. (Wouldn't be much point, since I don't play with premade Sims, after all. )
I'm mostly found on (and mostly upload to) Tumblr these days because, alas, there are only 24 hours in a day.

I'm confused. Isn't it possible to convert a custom main hood into a subhood without SimPE, as described here? That's how I turned all of mine into shopping districts to be added to other existing hoods.

An existing neighborhood with attached sub and stealth hoods or other stuffeths is a different story though, since it requires SimPE, but you didn't mention other details about the hoods you want to use, so I'm not sure what you specifically mean.
