Default Bellagio Hotel Las Vegas Replica NO FILE(Please Read)
BAD NEWS I LOST THE FILES WHEN MY COMPUTER CRASHED AND HAD TO GET A NEW COMPUTER . I WAS ABOUT 78% DONE WITH IT.
I made this lot out of boredom. It is a work-in-progress lot with the potential of a being a Resort from Island Paradise or a Sprawling Mansion. It isn't a exact replica of the Hotel. But it is one of my favorite hotels in the world. I might make more miniature versions of more Las Vegas hotels. Tell me what you think.

The shell is nicely-shaped, but a lot of the charm of a lot is in the grounds/environment, and right now it's looking a bit sad, with just two trees on concrete. Need moar bush.

Having just spent a few days in Vegas, I would agree with the other commenters. The surrounding landscaping is what makes a place like the Bellagio. Other than that, I really like the idea and hope to see more!

Update. I built out the Building to give it depth. The inside is to be built after the outside is done

IMO I would use the constrainfloorelevation cheat to make the hotel block taller.

For what it's worth I think you need to make the grounds and outdoor public areas as opulent as possible.

Looking much better, the next step would be to get the facade texture as accurate as possible.

Look at this image and try to copy the color palette (beiges) and the forms. I would probably leave more floors for the ground floor because it's complex and you only have 5 floors total to work with.

Agreed. These things are much quicker (and sometimes better) when you redo them the second Time around
