This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, University Life, Island Paradise, Into the Future
Default Where do i place the Resource.CFG file?
So, quick question... Where do i put the Resource.CFG file at? In the mods folder i created? Or in the packages folder? Im so confused. please help

As per the illustrated instructions here, the file goes in Mods. Alongside, but not inside of Packages. Resource.cfg is needed to enable the game to recognize and read the contents of Packages, so it can't be among them in Packages already.

Yes, it works with any OS that you can play SIms 3 with.
