This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default I want better names for my NPC and townies but no mod works.
Hello everyone. I have a problem that I'm not able to fix on my own. First of all I have polish version of The Sims 2 installed. Unfortunately I had to reinstall it due to some issues, I''ve lost all of my mods. In a nutshell- I've been looking for a working mod, which is a replacement of the polish names of the townies and NPC. I tried some mods, but mostly they didn't work properly- do you have any mods that would help me? I would like to have English/French names in my game, even though I use polish version.
Thank you!

Was it a mod or was it that you simply set the game to use English or French language - you can change it?

I no longer come over to MTS very often but if you would like to ask me a question then you can find me on tumblr or my own site tflc. TFLC has an archive of all my CC downloads.

Maybe they're not wokring because you're not using the mods right? The mods won't work with already named sims. You need to put in the mod, then make a neighborhood.

I think that unfortunately it's not possible.

So it won't work in an existing neighbourhood?

No, once the game has made a neighbourhood and sims, the settings are stored in the neighbourhood/sim files and changing game files won't change that.

Also, please try not to double-post.
