Default Neighborhoods
Hi! I'm coming to Sims 4 straight from Sims 2, so I just wanted to be clear about the neighborhoods in Sims 4 because it is so different then what I'm used to. Can you create new neighborhoods? Can you add more lots to neighborhoods? It seems like the available neighborhoods are quite small with limited lots. Sims 2 you can have as many households and lots as you want. Is Sims 4 different and has a limit? I feel like I'm missing something. Sorry if I have missed something obvious. All help and comments are appreciated. Thank you!

The neighborhoods are just what you see, you can't add to them, and yes they are quite small.
