Here's a link to the video the OP mentioned, the Hair Bow is an accessory and is first shown at 6:37 on the video (shows the bow plus the thumbnail). The bow is very large and sits off center. I've had no luck identifying it and couldn't find out any info from the YT comments section. The creator removed the link to the Sim.
