Default How to decompile base/core/sim files?
So I still haven't managed to figure out how to decompile properly, anyone know what I'm missing?

Edit - Step 6 is where I've been getting stuck, because I don't know what it means to "run the program."

Opening the bat file gives me a "'uncomyle6' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file" error over and over.
