A lot of tumblrs/blogs have been shut down and the cc is gone.
While you cannot access this cc on the spot, here's a good website:

Yes, it says sims 3, but it's sims 4 too. Mostly, in fact.
It is active and updated on a daily basis.
There are navigation tags on the side, which are very helpful!
