Adobe Photoshop Elements
Okay, so I was getting ready to make some cute tees, accessories, etc. for my Sims (I even drew them out and planned them and everything), when I realized I didn't have a graphics editor.

So I looked around my house, and I found Adobe Photoshop Elements. Although I read in the Create Tutorials that you will need a graphics editor to create your custom content, I was wondering if Elements would have a different effect.

Can someone tell me if it will or won't?

Thanks in advance!

Nope, Photoshop Elements should not have a different effect because it is a graphics editor.

Gimp is also a graphics editor, but it's free .

Photoshop elements is basically a watered-down version of Photoshop.
It should definitely do for beginning creators , and you can follow most of the tutorials written for photoshop, since the layout is largely the same.

Holy old thread! The OP hasn't even been active since September of 2007.

But in case anyone is wondering, Photoshop Elements works great. That's what I use for all my recolouring needs.
