Default Bodyshop Isn't Starting
Hi.

I have just finished a design (cute monsters ) and I am finally going to put it on a t-shirt. But.. bodyshop won't open. I click the Bodyshop launcher, wait 10 minutes, and still nothing shows up. On my old PC it only took 2 minutes then I saw the Bodyshop window pop up saying loading. But now on the new laptop, nothing shows.

It's most likely because of Windows 8, right? Ugggggg...

Help?

EDIT: I checked Task Manager>Processes but nothing is there either.

You probably need to clear the cache file. I think the BodyShop one is called cigen.package. It should be in the Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2 folder as a loose file, along with the "Accessory" and "Groups" caches. Delete them and then see if BodyShop will start.

I'm mostly found on (and mostly upload to) Tumblr these days because, alas, there are only 24 hours in a day.
