EA's customer service isn't the most reliable source. Half the time they don't even know how to do their own jobs, let alone give accurate predictions on the progress of others people's jobs.

If it's true, hooray. That's better than waiting till November. But I wouldn't take that as an official confirmation. That's pretty much why half the articles relating to the matter have titles that end in a question mark.
