Default Anim8or Sims3 Plugin?
Was there one for TS2? Is it possible to create one for Anim8or?

Anything's possible, but I don't recall anything like that for TS2. There were plugins for Blender and Milkshape, and the SMD format could be used with several other programs (XSI Modtool, for one). For other things, OBJ worked.

You're welcome to look at the specs for GEOM files on the wiki and write your own.
