You aren't supposed to add "860M" to the GraphicsCards file, that won't work as you have seen. The issue is that your card is not in the game's database (if you can call it that) because it is too new, so the trick is to borrow the profile of a similar but older generation card that's already there. You should have one (only one) line in the final result that looks like this:
card 0x1392 "GeForce GTX 660M" in the fourth line
(and take out the entire seventh line)

That will now match your card's ID to the GTX 660M and cause the game to use that matched profile.

Yeah, I figured that out. I started the game and now it's perfect and lagging less, but it's stuck at 30 fps. Ah well. Thanks, anyways, guys! :D
