Follow the instructions here: Game Help:Insufficient Memory Crashes#Windows Vista/Windows 7/Server 2008wiki. Try the value for "3072 MB of RAM installed" first.

Look, here is the RAM memory of 4096. I even tried to do in the command prompt to the bcdedit, but failed. My windows is the 7. And even then the game tends to lock and close.

Make sure you run command prompt with Administrator rights. If it still fails, does it give a descriptive reason why?

When I open the command prompt as administrator and put the command "bcdedit / set IncreaseUserVA 3072" says: "An unknown command was specified.
Run bcdedit /? for assistance from the command line. When I put the bcdedit /? appears a list saying what he is, and their respective commands, but has no "set IncreaseUserVA." This is the detail that appears for me.

Please go through this FAQ and follow the instructions, doing each step in order and not skipping anything:Most issues with the game can be resolved by following those steps.

Wait! Wait! Let's get back to basics...

Windows updates and drivers current?
What kicked off this crashing? Anything new introduced, new applications, new addons, new CC, just patched to 1.29? Done the above FAQ? Does it crash with no cc on new games, ie on vanilla settings?

Look, I had previously tried to do all these things there to see if it worked on my game, but unfortunately did not work. The windows and the drivers are updated, the only custom content that I have is a mod of mummies and I'm sure he is not causing these problems because the problems were in the game before I put it.
The real problem is that closing the game and every time when braking or traveling when I put a window appears indicating that the Sims encountered an error and needs to close.

Oh, sorry! Must have not gotten that memo. I didn't know I was supposed to be psychic this week, I was taking a break for the Holiday season (being a Know-It-All is tiring yanno). I should look into taking that meta-brain-crystal-ball of mine looked at as it is not doing what's "On the Tin".

So, if you have "tried to do the FAQ", what's the outcome? Tested on clean user files and new SunsetValley, yes? Meaning no point pointing out the Unlocker tool in the Stickied thread titled Sims 3 forever CRASHING when loading?, when there's no user files to Unlock? Or that didn't work either and that you have tried it, just not mentioned it? Or tried it and failed to get things working, ie new, cc-free SunsetValley is still crashing?
I need this crucial clue - is it the user files at fault or the Program Files at fault - we need to pinpoint where the corruption is.

Can you elaborate on this, or interpret it another way? I don't understand what you're trying to say here.

If I interpreted that right, nothing was changed game wise, it just crashed after returning to Home World from a WA world, saving and then Quit? It subsequently crash after that whenever starting that Save? You only have the one Save? Or is this happening on ALL Saves?
Also, if you only have one mod, means you're not already playing with Overwatch and ErrorTrap? And still using EA's default StoryProgression engine? If so, you should look into the mods recommended in the other 2 [Common] Stickies.

Oh, and how are you starting the game - via Launcher or bypassing it?

When I said "Look, I had previously tried to do all these things..." I was not saying you had to know that I had already tried all those methods. I just wanted to show you that did not work with all these attempts. Oh and the question of having the error in a family, or in a travel is this: Whatever, in any family I can play with quiet and after about 20 minutes for no reason the game crashes and then closes. Now when I put to travel the game crashes faster, and have to be closed. Lock before arriving at the vacation spot.

Always at the 20minute marker, no matter the actions in the queue? Random actions on random Sims from random Households?
Or only with a specific action (what is it)? Specific Sim or Household, etc?

And again on even brand new files that you save, the next time you load it, it would crash when it reaches 20min of gameplay, without fail?
The crashing when Travel titbit and never arriving confirms this is a corrupt save, as you don't have all those mods in the Stickies. So, get the mods, see if ErrorTrap can salvage your Saved game. If not, load a new game and see if it crash after 20 minutes of gameplay and go travel to test if you can arrive at a WA world without crashing.

I said 20 minutes, but just not as precise as well. Sometimes varies. Now let me tell you one thing, before I put the only mod I have the game already had the same defect. Even unmaking the mod the game continues to fail.

No space between / and set:

bcdedit /set IncreaseUserVA 2560

You can paste into Command Prompt by right-clicking inside the Command Prompt window and selecting Paste.

There's Microsoft's page about bcdedit /set

You are definitely using 2560? Everything I see says your computer has 3072 MiB memory installed so bcdedit would refuse to accept 3072.

Maybe you could take a screenshot of the error and post it in your reply. That would help.

My memory ram is 4096. Now you mentioned in mib, i does not know if that's what I'm referring to. So in case I want to show you this picture the amount of memory that my PC has. Tell me then what I use at the command prompt! Oh, just to remember. In the first attempt I used the command indicated if the PC has 4GB of ram, but still failed.

If you haven't done so already, it would be a good idea to restart the computer to make sure the change goes into effect. Other than that, play away! It'll give TS3 33% more RAM to play with.

Great. I restarted the PC and i opened The Sims, I put my sims to travel to China and carried more than before, because before closed you even get halfway through loading. Only that now reached the end, almost at the end of loading and not to conclude, is loading without stopping.

Try step 1 to step 3 here: Game Help:Sims 3 Loading Crasheswiki

Most likely step 3 is the culprit.

Yes, he recreated it, but my game saved was in another folder. How do I do? Migrate the saved game folder to the new that was it created?
