Default Mod that prevents the game from using favorite Sims for NPC jobs.
Hello Mod The Sims Community!
I'd like to know if there's a mod that prevents the game from choosing favorite Sims, or playable households for NPC jobs. For example, I go to the lounge and I see a Sims of a favorite household being the bartender, is it a way that the game only uses non-favorite households for these kind of jobs? I think I recently saw a mod about this and I tried to find it, I'm not really sure.

There's sure to be more elegant ways to prevent the game from drafting sims for npc jobs, but this is what I use:

Give each sim that you don't want to get drafted the Self-Employed career and the game will keep it's hands off them. (Or any career, for that matter, the ingame ones work just as well for that purpose.)
