where do i find this Qinstaller? becuse my sims2pack Clean Installer is not working

okay is it just my computer because i gpt the meshes i needed and yet it still won't work! it downloaded fine but even when i tried the boby shop trick it didn't work! on the creat a sim page the boby mesh comes up in one place and the robe thing in the other but even then when i try putting the rob thingy on it just makes me look like a floating head...... but the sim is awesome ^^ *wishes it would work*
