It is my personal dream to live on a deserted tropical island (but I need electricty, water & internet services...), but in reality it will never happen. I guess I will have to live out my fantasies through my sims... and this is a great neighbourhood to start with! Thanks for sharing.

I've never been married, but I tell people I'm divorced so they won't think something is wrong with me.

All I said is amazing.

Update: July 2009-I am back now to make invisible and tranparent recolors again in sims 2. You can pm me if you want your objects to be invisible and transparent from now.

Beautiful job and yep perfect for a tropical vacation island archipelago (not sure if it's an english word, erf it's for "archipel" = group of islands :D) .
Thank you frillen !

This is awesome. I just used a template I downloaded from somewhere else and I wasn't real pleased with it in game. This looks like it will work alot better for my sims' paradise (base neighborhood)

Love yourself for who you are

Before I download it, I wanted to get a look at it, but the thumbnail isn't working.

There are 3 pics showing this neighborhood in the first post

Or are you talking about the included neigborhood thumbs included in the file?
If so, those pics are in-game pics of what the neighborhood will look like once you've created a new neighborhood using this template.
If you for example created a desert neigborhood using this file then you'll see the islands with a desert terrain in your neigborhood select screen

BTW Thanks a lot folks for all your fine comments

Life's a game, so let's play!

You should place the All contents of archive in a folder

Frillen, I just wanted to say thank you for this neighborhood. It looks like it will be fun to play. I was trying to figure out from the photos, whether I could place bridges across to the islands? Aren't they needed for the Sims to go places? Hmmm. I'll find out when I play it! Thank you again.

I just started MTS2 and I want to know a couple things.
I downloaded it and used Q-Xpress to put it on the game,
But it wont show up on the menu, is there something else I have to do?

Thank you so much! It's almost exactly what I wanted, but had no idea you could create neighborhoods! (I'm not tech savvy....)
