Is there a way to create new University student townies in this way? If I deleteAllCharacters or get rid of the university students, they don't appear to regen, and the TestingCheats thing doesn't seem to generate them either - just the townies for the base neighborhood and Downtown. I've searched, and maybe I missed something, but so far I haven't found any answers for making Uni townies, just base-neighborhood and NPC's.

I have read thru this thread, and several others, but I am still confused. I have a lot of sims that I have downloaded from several really great sites and people. I also have face templates downloaded, skintones, eyes, names,etc. However, when i do the mailbox cheat in a empty neighborhood, the only townies I get are still the ugly maxis ones, even with same names. I am terrified of deleting files and breaking my game, but I want to have these custom townies. Do I have to make each one alone in CAS then put in game and turn to a townie? but then I still have all of the maxis townies. Could someone put into newbie/non-programmer language if this is possible? Or should I just live with the maxis until I learn to brutal,lol? Oh, I also have SIMPE, but don't really know how to use it, so simplified versions on that would also be great. Thank you all so much for what you do, I don't know how you do it, and my hat is off to you.

I wasn't that bright and created a single sim before deleting the characters... is there any way to just keep that ONE sim?

Yeah i want new townies for a town that has ONE important household in it, but thats it. Would it be easier (or even possible) to clean the townies out without corrupting the family (and preferrably also keeping their family friends), or to make a new town and clean out the family and move it (but again, friends)?
