I work out, but it's mostly cardio - speedwalking, dancing, bike riding, & hiking are my favorites.
If I do situps, it's usually in the neighborhood of 60 to 90.

Used to do 500 a day as part of my gym teacher's regimen when I lived in Toronto, no sweat. I'd go for double if I wanted to. I think that now, I could maybe do about . . . *counts* eh, four.

For some reason I can cycle around the park for an hour without stopping, but wouldn't last more than 15 minutes if I use the gym's stationary bike.

I go running, about four times a week in a good week, although at the moment my running route looks like a swamp because of all the rain we've been having so it's more like an assault course at the moment. It's not so much about the exercise though - I find it good for releasing stress.

I sit up when I have to get out of bed.

I don't do situps because I'm not really looking for muscle, but more cardio. I go for a jog every morning with my dog for a half hour before school and when I get home, I generally walk on my treadmill while doing reading assignments. My dog will walk on the treadmill with me, but he gets so confused when he stops to scratch his ear or to just sit and he gets plopped onto the floor by the treadmill.

I try to workout 4-5 times a week using a workout DVD I bought. It's a 20 min. workout that has three circuits that consist of strength, cardio, and abs. So I do some sit-ups, but I don't know how many I actually do.

I work out but its mostly yoga. I throw in situps using the exercise ball and do up to 5 reps of 10 most of the time it's 3 reps.

I do 100 sit-ups and 100 crunches every night, and 20 push ups. (That doesn't include the 150 sit-ups I have to do in gym class)

One as I struggle to rise from bed each morning, haha!

But no I tend not to do sit ups unless using an exercise ball and even then I can generally manage 10-20, due to the strain on my back. I much prefer going for a swim for my daily exercise - its the only exercise I have found to be painless and fun

50 to 100. I don't want to go back to being lazy and almost throwing up after a good run.
I work out for only an hour though, with a lot of soccer type exercises, basic push up, and kicking.
