 The "Aspiration and Me" Contest - Round 5 Posted!

Contest Requirements: To enter this contest, you must have a main character Sim. They must be teen or older, either gender and any species (Regular Sim or Occult.) Give them a name and a back-story... but, most importantly, give them an aspiration. The Aspirations: As a reminder - the aspirations available are: Family, Popularity, Fortune, Knowledge, Romance, Pleasure (Nightlife required) and Grilled Cheese (Nightlife or FreeTime required.) The Rounds: There are 5 rounds in this competition (including the Application stage): Application Show Us What You've Got (introduce us to your Sim) Round 1 Scores The Decision (how your Sim decided upon their aspiration) Round 2 Scores Fashions and Furnishings (how your Sim’s aspiration affects their house and/or clothing) Round 3 Scores Money Where Your Mouth Is (how your Sim’s life is affected by their aspiration) Round 4 Scores Gazing Into The Future (what your Sim hopes to achieve in life with their aspiration) Round 5 The Decider (between Petchy and titi for 1st place!) Timing: Please try and ensure you have your entries in on time, however you can PM if you need an extension! Application- Started February 23rd, Finished March 9th Round 1 - Started February 28th, Finished March 14th Round 2 - Started March 6th, Finishes March 25th Round 3 - Started March 13th, Finishes April 4th Round 4 - Starts March 20th, Finishes April 4th Judging: A score of 25 from each judge will be awarded for each round (except the Application): 10 for the storyline. 10 for the pictures and how the enhance/aid the story-telling. 5 for following the round specifications. Haha, this seems like a reaaaaally good contest, i love the idea! I really want to join this. If I get some time i'll deffiantly make a APP.  Hmmm I thinking romance sim :P Strach that last bit; I just made an adorable(i think) geeky sim in BS. Hopefully i'll get enough time to get in-game before the deadline

This seems like a really good contest. I love the idea and how it involves *actual* gameplay. But, urgh, I always hate myself for entering contests because I never seem able to see them all the way through. Either way, I'll be wtaching this, wgroome. |

Age: 24 Aspiration: Romance  My name is Brian Hosmer and I am a romance sim. I spend most of my days either walking through the mall trying to catch them ladies or talkin to them via cell phone or computer. Everyone says that I spend way too much time chasing the ladies but it's what my heart desires (me too). How can I tell my heart that it's not right, ha ha.  I think I got all my tips and tricks from my father. He was the best ever. I feel like I have to do this, not only for him, but for me. I think this is what I was meant to do, love the ladies. I seem to be on a good start. It's nice to go out and meet the ladies. Who knew there were so many beautiful women out there.  This was fun. If I am missing anything please let me know.

Well, I have an undying love for science and have done for as long as I can remember, I guess I’m intelligent, I was only one years old when I began the power of speech. But I'm also incredibly shy. When I was young I didn’t go outside and play with other children, I preferred to stay inside and enjoy my childhood with my ant farm, I found that I consoled in my ants much better rather than other boys my age. Ha ha we all used males.  That's the first time I have used a male, that I liked, in a contest.Great entries you two. Edit: It's ok Charley, he is so adorable. Mine isn't geeky at all, I forgot his glasses, lol. I love knowledge sims though. That's why I chose mine. |

Cavilez: Maybe you could add glasses later... maybe he was trying out contacts! :D Charley: A lovely entry... as expected. I love the name Herbie (although I'm slightly disappointed he's not a lovebug.) It's fine he's a Knowledge Sim, by the way. To be honest I wasn't expecting any "Knowledgeys"! |

Thanks Cavilez, I actually didn't put glasses on him in BS then I changed my mind later on in CAS :P wgroome: Lols, the lovebug is sort of a pun from the Herbie movies. He just didn't suit as a romance sim :P Btw, Petch & Cavilez, I like your entries! |
